Take your singing bowl practice to the next level by deepening your knowledge of using sound for healing.
Work with both metal and crystal bowls, add new techniques for playing, and create more intricate soundscapes. Expand your capacity for holding space and for healing with exercises designed to push you past your limits.
This class builds on the foundation from Level 1. New layers will be added to what you have been working on and we will be exploring more nuanced practices. Level 2 will also focus on using sound in groups and how to structure a soundscape for a larger space.
Singing Bowls Level 1 is a prerequisite to this class. Inquire if you are unsure if any previous training with other teachers meets the requirements.
